Combine tasks Start your homework on the ride home from school, or practice a speech while you’re cleaning your room. Limit games, TV, and time online Texting friends, watching TV, and playing video games are fun, but if you’re not careful, you can waste a lot of time on these kinds of activities. Don’t overschedule If you feel that you’re doing more than you can handle, look for activities that you can eliminate or postpone. Remember, you also need some time to just relax. We all have 24 hours a day—168 hours a week. How you use your time is called time management.
