And by the way, I got an A on the vocab quiz! Before you start to study, make a plan. Decide what you want to get done, and the order you’re going to do it in. Be sure to do the most important things first. Here are some tips to help you organize your study time. If you do these things, your homework won’t take as long, and you’ll probably get a better grade on it. 1) Study vocab words for quiz 2) Read History pages 25-35 3) Do Math problems on page 8 4) Go back over vocab words Here’s my study plan from last night If you have something that seems overwhelming, break it down into smaller parts. If you have something to memorize, work on that first. Then go over it again at the end of your study session. Focus on one thing at a time. Do difficult assignments first, while you’re fresh and alert. 8
