Messaging – a way for people to communicate online through text messages, photos, and videos. Profile – a web page posted by an individual on a site such as Facebook. People create personal profiles to share information about who they are, their interests, activities, etc. Many profiles also include pictures and videos. Social Networking Sites – websites used to post personal profiles and communicate with friends. Facebook and Twitter are the most popular sites. Twitter – a social networking service that allows users to send and receive short text messages (tweets). Tweets are posted on a profile page and delivered to “followers” (subscribers). WiFi – technology that provides wireless high- speed Internet and network connections.
